spiced pumpkin pie cliff bar

pros:  it didn't taste like a fake pumpkin pie, and it almost reminded me of actually eating a slice of pumpkin pie with a tasty frosting on top.  you could see the chunks of almond in it, and it was very filling.

cons:  it was very spicy, but that's not really an issue with me :) and i guess one would expect it to be, as it is called spiced pumpkin pie.

4.5/5.

pumkpin pie yogurt

~1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt of your choice.  i have used plain before and added vanilla extract and it was just as good.
-cinnamon
-a little nutmeg
-ginger
-^you could use pumpkin pie spice instead of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger if you have it on hand.
-sugar-free maple syrup (or regular, but i save the real stuff for pancakes and things because it's so expensive)
-additional toppings of your choice :)

here is my usual mix:

oiko's 0% vanilla greek yogurt mixed with pumpkin, maple syrup, cinnamon, dashes of nutmeg and ginger, and whatever topping i feel like (peanut butter, dark chocolate chips, or kashi go lean cereal for crunch)

enjoy!
